Select the page range, individual pages, image format, resolution scale, and JPG quality from the intended use, then inspect text sharpness, backgrounds, file names, and ZIP contents before publishing or inserting the images elsewhere.
PNG keeps sharp text, line art, and flat-color diagrams free from new JPEG artifacts, but full-page PNG files can be large. JPG is usually smaller for photographic or scanned pages and needs a suitable quality setting. WebP can be efficient in modern systems. Confirm that the destination accepts the chosen extension before converting a long document.
