This tool is best for DOCX and TXT files with normal text formatting. DOCX styling is interpreted locally and converted into a clean PDF, but it will not match every advanced Microsoft Word layout feature exactly.
This browser workflow reads DOCX or TXT content, previews the extracted document, and builds a new PDF with selected paper size, orientation, margins, body font size, line spacing, alignment, render mode, and header treatment. It is practical for straightforward reports and notes, but advanced Word layout may not match the source exactly.
DOCX is a package of document structure, styles, relationships, and media. The browser parser can extract useful HTML or raw text, but macros, tracked changes, comments, floating objects, uncommon fonts, fields, footnotes, and complex section layout may not reproduce. TXT has even less structure and relies on the selected typography and line breaks.
A4 and Letter dimensions do not contain the same line length, and a small font can fit more content at the cost of readability. Preview headings, tables, lists, long URLs, and page transitions. A clean reflow may be preferable for notes and drafts, while an official form, resume, or branded report usually needs export from Microsoft Word or LibreOffice.
Check names, dates, numbers, symbols, links, tables, images, headers, and final page count. The copied extracted text can help identify omissions, but it does not prove visual fidelity. Open the PDF in a separate viewer and retain the DOCX or TXT source for correction and future accessible formats.
