What this tool tracks

This writing dashboard tracks counts, readability, speaking time, keyword frequency, repeated sentence patterns, internal repetition, and sentence-flow balance in one place.

You can now collapse the heavy side sections, turn Flow Score on or off, ignore noisy keywords directly from the density panel, and work with phrase-level keyword ideas instead of weak random single words.

The new Keyword Placement Studio helps users detect short-tail and long-tail opportunities, fill them into target fields, and blend them into writing more naturally.

Transparent counts, keyword checks, and editable writing feedback

Count words and analyze writing without letting automated suggestions replace author judgment or factual review

Word and character counts depend on tokenization, punctuation, Unicode, line breaks, and the destination's rules. Paste or import text, inspect counts, spelling, repetition, search, case, keyword density, and optional AI actions, then review every suggested correction and keep private or unpublished material out of external processing unless policy allows it.

Counting

Different editors and submission systems can count contractions, hyphens, numbers, and Unicode differently

Use ToolzyLab for a practical estimate and confirm the destination's official counter for a strict limit. Character counts may include or exclude spaces, while pages and reading time are estimates based on formatting and pace. Do not pad or remove meaningful content only to hit a generic number.

Keywords and repetition

Density is a diagnostic signal, not an SEO target

Track a small set of genuinely relevant phrases and read their surrounding sentences. Repeated wording can hurt clarity, while a low count does not mean a topic is missing if synonyms and context cover it. Never blend keyword lists automatically into text without checking grammar, usefulness, and factual accuracy.

AI and privacy

Corrections and rewrites are drafts that may change facts, tone, citations, or commitments

Review suggestions one by one, especially for legal, medical, financial, academic, employment, or client content. AI actions may use an API depending on configuration, so do not submit confidential, personal, copyrighted, or restricted text without authorization. Preserve the original and disclose AI use where required.

Practical review

Writing analysis review

Use metrics to locate passages for human review, then verify the final draft in its destination.

  • Confirm the destination's word, character, whitespace, and tokenization rules.
  • Review headings, paragraphs, lists, citations, names, numbers, and repeated phrases in context.
  • Use keyword signals naturally and reject density targets or awkward insertion.
  • Verify every spelling, grammar, AI correction, and rewrite against meaning and sources.
  • Protect private text, keep the original, and disclose assistance where required.
Word count and writing questions

Tokenization, character counts, reading time, keyword density, AI suggestions, and privacy

Why does another editor show a different word count?

Tools can tokenize contractions, hyphenated terms, numbers, URLs, emoji, and non-Latin scripts differently. Use the destination's counter for a strict requirement.

Does character count include spaces?

Check the displayed metric because tools often report both. Submission forms may define their own rule for spaces and line breaks.

Is estimated reading time exact?

No. It uses an assumed reading pace and cannot account for technical difficulty, language, tables, or individual readers.

What keyword density should an article have?

There is no universal target. Cover the topic naturally and use density only to notice accidental repetition or a missing exact term that readers need.

Can I accept every spelling or AI correction automatically?

No. Suggestions can change names, terminology, facts, citations, voice, or intent. Review each change and compare with the original.

Is it safe to paste confidential writing into the analyzer?

Local counts may stay in the browser, while configured AI actions can involve an external service. Follow the page disclosure and your organization's data policy.
