Write to toolzylab@gmail.com. There is no contact form, phone line or chat. Bug reports, privacy requests and factual corrections are answered first.
A clear subject line helps, for example "Bug: PDF to JPG, blank pages" or "Correction: BMI calculator page".
Reporting a bug
A specific report gets fixed much faster. Please include:
- The page address of the tool
- Your browser and its version, and your device and operating system
- What you did, step by step, including any settings you changed
- What you expected and what happened instead, with the exact wording of any error message
- For file tools: the file type, its rough size and where it came from (for example "HEIC from an iPhone" or "PDF exported from Word")
- A screenshot, if it shows the problem
Don't attach the file unless we ask, and never send a confidential one. A description is usually enough to reproduce the problem.
Asking for a correction
Tell us the page, the sentence or result that's wrong, and why. A link to a source, such as a specification or official documentation, lets us fix it faster. The editorial policy explains how corrections are handled.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, or to have it deleted or corrected, email us and say which right you're using. There are no accounts, so to find server log entries we may need the date, time and IP address of your visit. The privacy policy lists what we can hold.
Suggesting a tool
Describe the task you're trying to finish and where current tools fall short. "I need to split a PDF by bookmarks" is more useful than "add more PDF tools", and it's the information we use to decide what to build next.
Business inquiries
For partnership, advertising or press questions, say who you are and which organization you represent. We don't sell user data, and we don't accept paid placements inside guides.
What we can't help with
Local tools never upload your files, so we can't recover a file you lost or see what you processed. We also can't give legal, financial or medical advice about results from our calculators.
