Contact ToolzyLab
Questions, bug reports, corrections, and suggestions are welcome. Here is how to reach the team and what to include so we can respond usefully.
How to reach us
Send your message to the ToolzyLab team at toolzylab@gmail.com. We read messages sent to this address and normally respond to actionable requests within a few business days. Bug reports, privacy requests, and factual corrections receive priority.
Reporting a tool problem
When a tool misbehaves, the fastest path to a fix is a specific report. Include the tool's page address, the browser and device you used, what you expected, what happened instead, and — for file tools — the kind of file involved and its approximate size. You do not need to attach the actual file; a description is usually enough, and we recommend not sending sensitive files at all.
Known limitations stated on a tool page — very large files, rare formats, browser-specific behavior — are working as documented, but reports about those limits are still useful for prioritizing improvements.
Corrections to guides and content
If you find an inaccuracy in a guide or tool page, tell us which page and what is wrong, with a source if you have one. Factual corrections are prioritized, and when a correction changes a page's meaning, the change is noted on the page. See the editorial policy for how content is reviewed.
Feature requests
Suggestions for new tools and improvements to existing ones are genuinely read and tracked. The most persuasive requests describe the task you are trying to finish and where the current options fall short — that is exactly the information we use to decide what to build next.
Business and other inquiries
For partnership, advertising, or press questions, identify yourself and your organization in the message. We do not sell user data and do not accept paid placements inside editorial content; see the editorial policy.
Privacy when contacting us
Messages are processed through our email provider and used to respond, investigate problems, keep an appropriate business record, and improve the site. They are not sold. Details about retention and privacy requests are in the Privacy Policy. Do not include passwords, API keys, identity documents, private client files, or other content you would not want stored in an email inbox.
