These terms apply when you use toolzylab.com and its tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please stop using it.
The service
ToolzyLab offers free tools and guides that run in a web browser. There is no account and no fee. You can use the tools for personal work and for work in your job or business.
We may add, change or remove tools at any time. A tool that works today may behave differently after an update or in a different browser.
Your files and your output
You keep all rights to the files and text you process and to the results you download. ToolzyLab claims no rights over them.
Only process content you have the right to use. Most tools run on your own device, so we never see what you process and can't check it for you. You are responsible for it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the HTTP Header Checker to flood or attack a website, to try to reach private networks, or to hide where requests come from. Each scan sends several requests from our server: the page, its robots.txt and security.txt, and the http:// version. Check sites you run or are allowed to test, and keep checks of other sites occasional.
- Get around rate limits, call the
/api/endpoints from your own scripts or apps, or use them as a free back end for another service. - Use the AI features to create unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive content, or to process other people's personal data without a lawful reason. AI features also fall under OpenAI's usage policies.
- Use the PDF password tools to open or change files you aren't entitled to open.
- Probe the site's security without permission, scrape it at a volume that slows it down, or break the law while using it.
We may block requests or limit features for anyone who breaks these rules.
AI-generated output
Text from the AI features is written by an OpenAI model. It can be wrong, change your meaning or repeat existing material. Read it before you use it. You are responsible for anything you publish or send.
No warranty
The tools and content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Results depend on your input, your browser, your device's memory and the file format.
Calculators and converters give estimates. They are not financial, medical, legal or tax advice. The disclaimer explains the limits of each kind of tool.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ToolzyLab and the people who run it are not liable for any loss caused by using or being unable to use the site. That includes lost data, lost profits and indirect damage. The tools never change your original files, so keep them until you've checked the output.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says can't be excluded.
Our content and links
The ToolzyLab name, logo, site design, tool pages and guides belong to ToolzyLab. You can link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Don't republish large parts of the site, present our pages as your own, or frame the site in a way that hides where it comes from.
Links to other sites and any ads are provided by third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Privacy
The privacy policy and cookie policy explain what data is processed and the choices you have. They form part of these terms.
Availability and changes
We don't promise the site or any feature will always be available. We may pause a feature for maintenance, security or cost reasons, or when a provider such as OpenAI or Frankfurter is down.
