Who creates the content

All content on ToolzyLab — blog posts, tool guides, and tool-page documentation — is produced under the responsibility of the ToolzyLab Editorial team. Some drafting is assisted by AI tools; every piece is then reviewed, corrected, and approved by a human editor before publication. AI assistance is disclosed on the pages where it applies, and the details are covered by the AI usage policy.

No guide is intentionally published as an unreviewed machine draft. The ToolzyLab Editorial team remains accountable for what appears on the site and for correcting errors that are reported or found later.

What guides are written to do

ToolzyLab guides exist to help readers complete real tasks: choosing an image format, preparing a PDF for submission, using an encoding safely, scheduling across time zones. The editorial bar is concrete: each page must teach something specific that a reader can act on. Generic filler — sentences that could describe any tool — is treated as a defect and removed.

Guides describe tool behavior as it is implemented on this site, including limits. Where a tool cannot do something a reader might expect, the guide says so rather than implying capability.

The review process

Every piece of content passes through the same steps before publication. Drafting: the topic, structure, and claims are prepared. Technical review: statements about tool behavior are checked against the actual tool, and examples are run. Editorial review: accuracy, clarity, structure, and completeness are assessed, and the text is edited. Publication: the page goes live with its publication and modified dates.

Claims about external behavior — file format specifications, browser support, calendar rules — are checked against primary documentation where practical, and reviewed again when the content is updated.

Updates and review cycles

Published content is reviewed on a recurring cycle and whenever a reader reports a problem or a tool changes. When content is modified, the page's modified date is updated so readers can see the currency of what they are reading. Substantive changes are noted where they matter; minor fixes like typos are made without annotation.

Corrections

If you find an error in any guide or tool page, report it through the contact page with the page address and a description of the problem. Corrections to factual errors are prioritized over new content. When a correction changes the meaning of a page, the change is noted on the page itself.

Advertising and independence

Editorial content is not influenced by advertising. Ads are labeled and visually separated from site navigation, tool controls, results, and editorial links. Advertisers cannot commission, alter, or suppress guide content. If sponsored content or an affiliate relationship is ever introduced, it will carry a clear disclosure on the affected page.

Sources and conflicts

Primary documentation is preferred for technical and policy claims. Product references are included because they help the reader, not because a company paid for inclusion. Team members should disclose any material relationship that could affect a recommendation.
