This tool is best for normal spreadsheets and printable tables. It preserves your data structure well, but it does not fully reproduce complex Excel visuals such as merged styling, charts, comments, floating objects, exact print areas, or advanced formulas styled like Microsoft Excel.

Select the workbook scope, paper size, orientation, margins, table font, header repetition, title treatment, and empty-cell text from the preview, then verify wide columns, long tables, formulas, and every exported sheet.
A workbook can contain hidden support sheets, print-only sheets, summaries, and raw data. Review sheet names and choose the intended scope before export. CSV contains one flat table and does not preserve workbook formulas or multiple sheets. Complex charts, macros, pivot behavior, images, conditional formatting, uncommon fonts, and formula recalculation may not reproduce as they do in Excel.
