How to rearrange PDF pages
- Load your PDF. Select Select PDF Files or drag files onto the drop area. Every page appears as a thumbnail card with its position number.
- Drag pages into order. Press on a card and drag it to where it belongs. The Position label on each card updates when you let go.
- Fix individual pages. Use the buttons at the top of a card to rotate it 90 degrees clockwise, duplicate it or delete it. Use the + beside a card to insert a page right after it.
- Save. Type a file name in Output Name if you like, then select Save PDF or Save Final PDF. The reordered PDF downloads straight away.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF
Dragging works with a mouse or with your finger on a phone or tablet. Each card shows its source file, its original page number and its new position, so you can check the order before saving. Four pages fit in a row on a desktop screen.
To move several pages at once, or to flip a document that was scanned back to front, use Reverse. With two or more pages ticked, it reverses just those pages among themselves. With none or one ticked, it reverses the whole document, which fixes a stack scanned last page first.

How to delete pages from a PDF
Select the trash button on a page card to remove that page. To remove several, tick their checkboxes and select Delete in the toolbar. Deleted pages are only removed from the new file; the PDF on your device stays as it was.
If you'd rather keep a few pages than delete many, tick the ones you want and select Extract. That saves only the ticked pages, in their current order, as a separate file ending in -selected.pdf. To pull out fixed ranges like pages 1-10 and 11-20, the PDF splitter is faster.

What stays the same in the saved PDF
When you organize PDF pages here, they are copied from the original file rather than redrawn, so text stays selectable and searchable, and images keep their resolution. Rotation is stored as a page setting and adds to any rotation the page already has, so it doesn't reduce quality either.
A few things don't come across: the outline (bookmarks) is not kept, and fillable form fields may stop working. You can load several PDFs at once or add more with Add PDF, and their pages end up in one combined file in the order you arrange them.
PDFs that need a password to open can't be loaded, and ones with permission restrictions may save with blank pages; the tool shows a warning when it detects one. Remove the protection first with the PDF password remover, using the password you know.
